Some days, all you can do is pour juice.
Today is one of those days. The middle child’s birthday party is tomorrow, and today has been a whirlwind of errands, cleaning, baking and child care. It didn’t leave a lot of time for imaginative pop making, so this is the best I can do:

Actually, today’s pop was a good reminder that ice pops need not be fancy or elaborate to be darn good. This drink (calling it juice is inaccurate, since there’s more sugar in here than actual juice) made a lovely, icy pop. The flavor was very similar to cranberry juice, though without as much of that bitter edge cranberry usually has. It was a nice little treat to end a busy week.
