I didn’t mean to do another theme week so soon, but I still have this bucket of strawberries and suddenly a bunch of ideas on how to use them, so here we are. An unofficial “Strawberry Week.”
I pureed five mid-sized strawberries with enough lemonade to make six ounces of base. It frothed up a little,but not enough that I felt the need to skim the mixture before pouring my pops.
I hate to admit it, but these pops are better than yesterday’s pure strawberry pops. The lemonade softened the texture of the pops and tempered the intense strawberry flavor. The girls are going to love them.
